A Shopify store audit that tells you what to fix first.

Two people who redesign Shopify stores for a living study the three pages that carry your sales: the homepage, your best seller and the cart drawer. You get back more than 20 ranked findings, and each one comes with the fix.

Why a teardown

After a year of looking at your own store, you stop seeing it.

Checklists are written for every store, so they miss what's specific to yours. A redesign changes everything at once and costs months. A short list from someone with fresh eyes is the cheaper first step.

  1. 01

    The bundle nobody scrolls to

The best-value option sits beneath the buy button, after most visitors have made up their minds.

  2. 02

    Proof at the bottom

The reviews that would close the sale only load once a shopper has already left.

  3. 03

A multipack with no unit price

The 3-pack shows one total, so the shopper never works out that it's the better deal.

What lands in your inbox.

  1. 01

    More than 20 findings

Each one is pinned to a spot on the page, rated for severity, explained in sales terms and paired with a fix.

  2. 02

    A status board

Every key section of the three pages, colour-coded green, amber or red for done, half done or absent.

  3. 03

    A ranked to-do list

The findings are sorted by what earns the most for the least effort, so the first item is where you start.

  4. 04

    A Baseline Conversion Blueprint check

Each page compared with the section sequence we've refined across 90+ store redesigns.

  5. 05

    An Invisible Second Sale check

Which of the bump, cart offer and post-purchase offer you run, which you skip, and where each belongs.

  6. 06

    Ready to hand over

Every finding makes sense without the others, so you or your developer can take them one at a time.

A real example of the detail you get.

  1. 01

    Location

Product page, on a phone, directly beneath Add to Cart.

  2. 02

    Problem

The 2-pack choice appears after the button, and shoppers commit before they reach it.

  3. 03

    Cost

Hardly anyone sees the better-value option, so orders stay at one unit.

  4. 04

    Fix

Put the pack choice above the button and print the saving per unit beside every option.

How it works

Four steps from checkout to your first fix.

  1. 01Order

Pay and fill in a short form

Tell us your store address and which product sells best. That's all we need.

  2. 02Review

    We study the three pages

We start on a phone screen, since that's how most shoppers see your store, then check desktop.

  3. 03Delivery

    Your report arrives

Expect it in 1 to 2 business days, together with a short walkthrough video.

  4. 04Fix

    Start at item one

The ranking is done for you. Fix the top item, then the next.

Three pages, ranked findings, $47.

A couple of extra orders covers the cost. You pay once, and if the report doesn't help, you can have the $47 back within 7 days of delivery.

Before you order

Is the Teardown right for my store?

It fits a Shopify store that already gets regular traffic and orders, run by an owner who senses the pages could sell more, can't pin down why, and plans to make the changes in-house or with a developer.

When is it the wrong fit?

If the store isn't trading yet, if you want every page reviewed (we look at three), if you'd rather we made the changes, or if you need the answer within hours.

Why these three pages?

Nearly every order passes through the homepage, a product page and the cart. Improve those and the remaining pages matter far less.

Does it depend on my theme or apps?

No. Every recommendation works on any theme and alongside the apps you already use.

How does it compare with the AOV Gameplan?

The Gameplan is a plan for which upsell offers to add. The Teardown reviews the pages you have now and grades every section as done, half done or absent.

How is the report delivered?

As a Figma link you can open in any browser, with a short video that walks through it.

Will you need access to my Shopify admin?

No. We review the store exactly as a shopper sees it.

What if I'm not happy with it?

Email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll refund the $47. No questions.
